This is a brand new Watters gown. I purchased it from Tulle Co. 1.5yrs ago for my wedding. I decided to purchase a different style dress so I did not wear it. It does have one flaw fixable but not necessary. Inside the dress in the lining below at the zipper in the back is ripped. I assume happened sometime trying it on. It can easily be sewn but is not necessary as it's underneath and can not be seen wearing the dress. I originally fell in love with the uniqueness of this dress. It has 3 D flowers and feathers on it so gorgeous! The pictures do not do it justice. I've kept in its bag since I bought it. Has ha no alterations.
