The Dress
Worn for one hour. No spots on dress. On the inside of dress there is some slight color change from makeup. This dress is still in really good condition and has been in its bag in a closet since.
Alterations
The off the shoulders had a piece inserted to help hold it up. I believe it had a few inches taken from the bottom and horsetail taken out. That material was then used to attach belt. Bustle was added but the buttons broke off.
