White by Vera Wang hand draped ball gown in white. Was a strapless dress but has had added loose off the shoulder sleeves. In addition a crystal belt has been sewn into the waist to add some sparkle.
The dress is in good condition, has a few marks around edges and in the train.

Size has been altered to fit bust 49 Inches and waist 41 inches.
