Hermione De Paula, Miniature Rose Faberge Gown with Back Button Detai

A beautiful Hermione de Paula Miniature Rose Faberge Gown with back button detail. Bought directly from their atelier in Shoreditch in summer 2019. Size 8 (no alterations) with sheer detachable nude tulle underskirt.

Of all the dresses I tried on, this was the most striking and unbelievably comfortable and lightweight. It was perfect for a (hot!) August wedding and most importantly I felt totally at ease - an elevated version of myself in it. It's a flattering dress, elegant but also playful and I fell in love with the romantic style embroidery and the subtle rose / gold coloured flowers and leaves.

Comes with a sheer custom made underskirt (fastened by concealed poppers inside) which I removed for the evening.

I'm 5 ft 6 / 169cm tall (without shoes) and found this to be perfect length with high 2-3" platform shoes.

Overall the dress is in very good condition: there are a couple of very small snags, impossible to photograph as it's a busy dress (they're pretty unnoticeable). The dress has been professionally dry cleaned (Connoisseur Dry Cleaners) and it has been properly stored in its box and paper ever since.
