This is a Neva Collection custom Sima Couture. The sleeves do off if you would like to alter it to straps instead of full sleeves. The dress comes with a fully customized veil and tiara as well as an underskirt to make the dress flow effortlessly. The pictures are before and after alterations so the alterations can be reversed into the original dress if you are interested
