I would say this would fit best on a size 12-14. Milla dresses do run a bit small in my opinion. Clean and unworn. I included a photo of the bottom/inner lining where the dress would essentially drag on the ground to show it is clean inside and out. Still has large orange external tag on it indicating it has not been worn.

Shipping will depend on your location. It is heavy so cross country shipping may be pricey. I am located in LA, California.
