This is a silver/blue Leanne Marshall dress. The top is more celestial silver with the bottom being hand dyed watercolor with blue tones that resemble the ocean waves.
There are no alterations that have been done to it since received.
It was purchased at The Sentimentalist in Atlanta, Georgia for $4700.
The belt is by Carol Hannah and is not attached to the dress. It is called Monarch and the cost was $300.(Cape not included with purchase).
The bottom flows and when you walk and the train glides behind you.
It is currently being stored in climate controlled, pet free/allergen free home.

PLEASE NOTE: The height of the dress is measured with NO shoes. I am 5'2" and never bought shoes for this dress. It has only been tried on once, which are the photos you see posted from the shop.
