This dress is WHITE with beautiful floral embellishments of lace and crystals. It has the signature Berta bow in crystals on the front but you can get this removed. Puffy sleeves are not included, however the sleeves I am wearing are included and are MONIQUE LHUILLIER (they match so well!).
