The Dress

Designer description: The Peony Gown features our signature modern bustier bodice, combined with a traditional A-line skirt scattered with romantic floral lace. Elicit pure whimsy in this blush-coloured dream.

The exposed boning and removable bishop sleeves gave a more modern feel to a very feminine, romantic dress. The lining under the lace is a subtle blush colour and the lace itself is white. There are intricate beads all over the dress. The boning in the bodice gives a lot of support and the dress stayed in place during the entire day.

The sleeves connect to the bodice with a button and loop. These loops in the bodice broke but this is a very easy fix if you wish to use the sleeves.

I changed into a different outfit for the evening portion of our wedding and had my dress dry cleaned immediately after, so it is in very good condition.

Alterations

The dress was taken in slightly on the bodice and hemmed slightly shorter. I am 5"5 without heels, and wore 2.75" heels for my wedding.
