New dress, never worn. Bought it as a sample. It is clean and no flaws from what I can see. I lost a bit of weight so the dress is way too big now. Alterations would cost $$$. For reference, I am more of street size 6 now, 140lbs, wider hips (which that area fits fairly well), smaller top. It’s very light weight. The lining is super soft and almost like a stretchy jersey material. It has beautiful glass beading to add a little touch of sparkle. Kept in bag, non smoking home.
