Harper, designed and made by Kelly Cooper Couture is new and was made for a photo shoot.
This beautiful dress is made with an off white Broderie Anglaise Cotton and the bow that sits on the shoulder is beaded with Swarovski crystals and pearls.
The skirt flows to the floor with a small train - please note veil not included.
The dress is a size 8 but if needed, Kelly will be happy to alter it to fit you (additional cost).
