About the Dress

Strapless Pleat Gown with Side Split

A modification from the ever-so popular Isobel gown, the Audrey features the same Isobel strapless bodice with side split and pleat on skirt and centre back train. Concealed pockets in skirt with dome buttons that line the centre back zip.

This dress is an absolute dream to wear (with pockets!). The fabric is easy to manoeuvre, and so light and airy.

Alterations

The dress has been hemmed. Approximately 3cms has been adjusted at the front, with the train its original length. There is a small repair patch on the underside of the hem on one side. My seamstress has added some ribbon under the train along the seam to allow the train to be held while walking - the ribbon is not visible when the skirt is down.
