Opinion: The dress has not been altered brand new with tags on just tried on. I simply changed my mind, unable to cancel nor return and wanted something different. I didn't wear a petticoat with it or else the skirt would be much fuller. There is an uploaded picture of how the fabric looks unclose.Very comfortable to wear and light weight.
