The Dress
The Anna Kara Maddie wedding dress (from 2020 campaign) feature spaghetti straps and a deep v neckline with illusion tulle panel and beaded floral embroidery. Low U back. Flowy A-line skirt.
I felt beautiful in this dress. Was easy to dance in (see video). It is fitted on top and flowy and whimsical on the bottom. I wore Sam Edelman Yaro block heels under it which were approx 3.75” high (and I’m 5’2” without heels).
I have not had it professionally cleaned since our wedding and there is some light dirt (shown in pictures) on the internal satin layer. This is reflected in the price. Other than that the dress is in perfect condition.
If interested, I still have the floral hair piece (Tania Maras - Lyric).
If you live in the GTA I am open to you visiting to try on (for serious enquiries only though).
Alterations
Cups were added in bodice so that it wasn’t see through. Straps were shortened and the tulle layers of the skirt were taken up a couple of inches. Dress is ideal for a petite person. For reference, I’m 5’2” and was 105 lbs at the time.
