The mesh sleeves on the dress are damaged, I would recommend getting them completely removed to have the beaded straps instead of the long sleeves. (It will look like the picture where the long sleeves are removed. ) If you wanted to keep the log sleeves I would recomend talking to a tailor about being able to recreate the damaged sleeve
