About the Dress

I have a curvy lower half but I didn't want to hide it under a ball gown. I knew once I tried it on that it was THE dress. I loved my dress and got so many compliments. It hugs curves but not so much that you can't sit down comfortably. The lace is delicate and beautiful and covers the entire dress. The buttons in the back are laid over a hidden zipper so it looks like it buttons up but its really an easy zip up. There's a bra sown in so you dont have to worry about keeping your girls up or bra straps showing. It comes with a beige satin belt with beads and sparkles on it but you can remove it if you'd like. There are hooks so you can bustle the train for reception dancing.
The dress was cleaned and preserved within a few weeks after the wedding. Its been in the preserved box this whole time so its in pristine condition.

Alterations

I purchased it in a size 10 but its closer to a size 6 post altering. Alterations included taking in the waist, back and adding the zipper. The hips were taking in slightly but not much. I'm 5'8 and did not need to hem the dress at all. My shoes were maybe 2" heels.
