The Dress

This dress is show-stopping, simple, timeless and for the classic bride. What makes the dress unique is the simplicity that comes with the liquid satin material but then the sweeping open back, the train (that looks incredible bustled as well) and then you have the beautiful option of a bow in the back or draping the satin to hang as seen in photos. I was planning on having the ties hanging while wearing a veil for the ceremony and then tying the bow for the reception, it's basically 2 looks in one.

When I tried this dress on I truly felt like the most stunning version of myself, it hugs in all the right places, it's slimming and I just felt so chic. It fits true to bridal sizing, I'm usually a 2 in real life and this is a bridal 4. I felt like I could have been getting married in the streets of Italy and just pictured jumping into a get away car with my husband. It was the Pinterest dress of my dreams!

So now to explain why I'm selling this dress I'm clearly so in awe of! This is a situation that I don't wish upon any bride, but me and my best friend since childhood bought the same exact wedding dress (completely unaware that we did) from different stores. You read that right, the SAME dress. You should have seen our faces when we found out.

Both stores would not let us return the dress or get store credit for another dress. Being best friends and knowing our guest list overlapped for both of our weddings immensely we made the adult decision to both pass on wearing the dress. So here I am, hoping a bride will fall in love with, Willa. A timeless, chic, effortless and sure to be the talk of the night dress.

This Casablanca gown is completely UNALTERED, NEVER WORN, tags in tact and comes with the dust bag from the store I bought it. She's ready for someone to say "I do" in her! I hope she's the one for you.
