Altered but never worn. Choose another dress. Hemmed. Slit was tacked down lower so is not as high on thigh. Bust taken in. Off the shoulder sleeves were added but can be removed and you can wear strapless or use the original detachable one shoulder strap and bow if you wish. Discounted due to the fact it was altered.
