This dress has never been worn with tags still attached. No alterations have been made! The dress comes in a duster bag with detachable puff sleeves. The sleeves can be added to change the look of the dress and clasp on with a button. A layer of fine sparkles had been added under the dress to make for beautiful flash/nighttime photos! The layers of tulle and sparkle under the dress can be removed during alterations if a less poofy look is wanted. Please reach out with any questions.
