The Dress

One-shoulder textured organza + poly crepe draped gown with an asymmetrical bow and side slit in the underskirt. I opted for a custom detachable overlay skirt as the designer is no longer offering the option. I loved having the option for two dress in one. The video shows without the overlay skirt. I didn't get a photo!

Ordered brand new from the designer in 2022 received in 2023 for a May wedding date. Purchased from Rituals of Love Boutique in Vancouver. This dress likely fits closer to a size 0 with alterations. My bust size is 32D. I did not have spray tan, and the dress has been professionally dry cleaned.

This dress was comfortable for the long (but fun) day. I loved how it photographed providing dimension, looking classic, romantic and playful depending on the shot. It was a great dress to dance in!

Alterations

Added detachable skirt. The added skirt eliminated pleats from the original design to the waistline and eliminated some of the material from around my hips which, for me, was more flattering. The dress was shortened to fit my height, it was taken around the bust and the rib cage.
