***PRICED TO MOVE*** I love this dress! This dress has ruffles and all the way down and ends in a fit and flare just below the hips creating a flirty and fun look. Both sides have jewels running all the way to the skirt. The pictures don't do it justice, but hopefully the video helps you get a better feel for how it will look with a better camera than mine! It definitely needs steamed so the ruffles lay flat.
