***PRICED TO MOVE*** Avant-garde! Is it quirky? Sure, but I think Glinda from Wizard of Oz would wear this dress if she favored white over pink. This dress features a drop waist with a feminine bow at the front. A sheer piece over the chest with beading and short sleeves keeps you secure while you dance all night long. A thicker material on the bottom (I wish I knew my fabrics, but I don't want to mislabel it!) creates full pleats that make a fun ballgown shape. I love the femininity and I hope you do too!
