The Dress
Magnificent ball gown type wedding dress from Arnold Scaasi, designer famous for dressing First Ladies, such as Jackie Kennedy, and Hollywood elite. Note that the original dress is off-the-shoulder but was modified by adding netting to make it more modest. (See the photos.) This netting can be removed to restore the original design, if desired. The dress was immediately professionally cleaned and vacuum sealed (for $350 back in 1991) after being worn once at the Plaza hotel in NYC. It has never been removed from its box since. The beading/crystal and flower designs are exquisite.
