In excellent condition
There is an easy bustle in place.
Dress has beautiful flower appliqués on it with a small amount of beading and sequins. It has lots of layers which makes it twirl beautifully!
Alterations
Dress was altered. The length was trimmed to my height (5’4” and wore 2.5in heel). And the bodice was taken in maybe half an inch. And bustle added.
