The dress has been dry-cleaned at Syndal Bridal Dry Cleaner's in Moonee Ponds, for which I can give you the certificate, and is currently stored in a preservation bag, ready and waiting for its next day in the sun.

I absolutely loved wearing this dress. It is elegant, simple and so easy to wear. From walking down the aisle, to posing for photos and walking around the gardens for those "candid" shots, to first dance and then dancing the night away, I had the best time wearing this dress. The boning kept me in place all day and the skirt was actually so easy to walk and dance in.

I also bought a veil that I didn't end up wearing. You can try this on with the dress or you can have it for free - brand new and unworn. This is not pictured, but I will happily send you photos of the veil and more photos of the dress if interested.

Modifications:
- I had the dress hemmed at the wedding dress boutique from which I bought it. I am 170cm tall and was wearing 6cm heels. The dress is a tiny bit long on me as I didn't end up wearing the hoop skirt that I had been planning to, which would have added volume and taken length off.
- I re-sewed the bustle loop. Before our first dance, my husband stood on the dress and broke the bustle loop. I danced in it with the bustle undone (surprisingly easy!). After the wedding, I re-sewed it in place. The bustle is a simple button on the underskirt, and a loop of thread. I also reinforced the button threads.
