The Dress

If you want to feel like a greek goddess yet still be able to indulge on your big day, then this is the dress for you! I felt so beautiful on my wedding day and I cannot wait for the next bride to have the same experience.

When I went to pick out my wedding dress, I wanted something classic, soft, flowy and most importantly comfortable. This dress ticked all the boxes.

I had two weddings, one in Bali and one in NZ. It has been kept and worn really well, and there are NO major marks or stains. I wore the dress only for the ceremony in Bali and NZ. I was very mindful to keep the dress as clean and undamaged as possible. I have gotten it dry cleaned after each use, so it has been dry cleaned TWICE. It practically feels new.

Fabric:
- The fabric is made out of a soft and smooth satin crepe. It has a very delicate sheen to which reflects light delicately and give the illusion that your skin is glowing.
- It is a medium weight fabric so it drapes beautiful, but it also is light enough so that you get that beautiful flowy-ness when the wind catches on.
- It feels so soft on the skin, I will always remember the soft touch of the fabric. I wore it in Bali's humid heat and felt comfortable.
- You FEEL the quality in this fabric. Since the design is simple, it is important the fabric looks and feel like luxury. The way it drapes, I haven't seen any other fabric drape like it.
- It photographs well! With the sheen on the fabric, when it is photographed it shows life and movement in photos.

Style:
- An A-Line style that sits on the top part of your waist, this means if you are bloated on the day you do not have to worry about feeling restricted.
- You can ENJOY your food! With the high waistline and flowly bottom, you can eat as much wedding cake as you like without feeling like your tummy is showing.
- Great for ladies with a bigger bust. I am a 12DD/34DD and it was important for me that my chest was supported and was modestly covered. The curved design of the bust means you don't need to wear a bra, it is super supportive so no need to worry about the big girlies!
- SNATCHED WAIST! This dress gave so much definition with it's snatched waistline. It sits just above the smallest part of your waist which give you those barbie/princess proportions.
- The fabric draped bust and over the shoulder detail is reminisicent of the greek goddess style. It adds that flare, but also creates an illusion of a small waist as it creates a 'wider shoulder'. This detail is great for any lady that might be a little insecure about their arms (because I was).
- BUSTLE INCLUDED. Easy for you to hook your train up and dance the night away.

Sizing:
I am a standard 12 in NZ or AU sizing, with a 12DD/34DD bust. In US sizing I would be an 8.
I always fit M/12 sized clothing when I shop.
The most important part of this dress is having a similar bust and waist size to the dress. The bottom half is flowy so you don't need to worry about the hip size. The dress can also be easily hemmed shorter, so as long as the length is longer than you need you can always get it hemmed.
