Brand new, no alterations with original packaging/ tags. The Skylar dress by Watters is a combination of classy, romantic and sexy all in one. The textured lace bodice is eye catching while the skirt is sleek and gives the dress a nice weight (like a matte satin). The back of the dress is so sexy yet sweet with lace applique and buttons. This dress has not been worn - bought several and this isn't the best fit for me.
