The Dress
The dress is by a private designer and was bought new off the rack at Brilliant Bridal, Las Vegas, Nevada, in June 2023 for $1200. There are satin buttons down the full back of the dress. It has a plain satin belt only. The rhinestone belt shown in the picture is not included. The veil is also not included.
The bride-to-be loved the fit of the dress and was excited how it flattered her body and did not show a lot of her curves.
I have been asked by buyers for the bust, waist and hip measurements of the dress. I called the bridal shop and they don’t have this information. They told me that satin gowns usually fit a bit snug. Also, if your dress size is usually a 14-16 your wedding dress will be a size 18-20. I know for a fact that the bride in the pictures took a larger size of this particular dress.
The couple broke off the engagement and accordingly the wedding was cancelled. The dress has not yet been altered and, of course, was only worn during the try on process. Offers considered.
