The Dress

Absolutely stunning lace wedding dress. The different styles of lace throughout this dress gives it a romantic and very detailed look. It’s delicate and charming. I bought it from still white for my wedding and it didn’t disappoint. I wore it as my reception dress. It has a beautiful moscato coloured layer under the lace layers which defines the lace pattern and makes the lace stand out. To finish it off there’s a beautiful train which extends to flow behind you as you walk. It has a zip to fasten with a strap inside to secure the dress. There are buttons on the outside to disguise the zip and add further to the romance of this beautiful gown.

The measurements I have given are what I was measured at when I was first measured to get a dress in the correct size before it was fitted exactly to me so they aren’t exact but they are able to give a good indication of size. Then the dress can be tweaked to your own body shape.

I had some alterations done. I had the length shortened. I am 5ft3 and wore vans with a platform around 2 inches in height. The dress is a size 26 but I had the bodice around the bust and waist brought in to fit me so it’s more a size 22/24 now. When I bought the dress it had off the shoulder straps which I will include with the dress should you wish to have them reattached. I also had a bustle created so you can pop your train away to have a good dance in the evening.

I had the dress professionally cleaned and checked for any necessary repairs which only included reattaching a button. It looks brand new after coming back. I can’t see any flaws or imperfections. The clean was done by a professional bridal dress cleaning company for which I have the receipt should you wish to see. I will also include the hoop underskirt which helped keep the dress in shape and away from my legs. I can also include my beautiful fingertip length raw edge Italian tulle veil.
