What I loved about the dress is that the material feels heavy and luxurious. There is a hidden corset, which creates a beautiful figure. It comes with a detachable bow at the back- I decided not to wear it, but it will be sent with the dress.

The mikado fabric feels luxurious. The gown has really nice volume as well. And it has pockets! I wanted to feel beautiful and confident, but comfort was really important as well. I cannot imagine altering such a wonderful dress, which is why I have decided to sell it. I was extremely careful and it is in excellent condition. After these photos were taken, it has been professionally cleaned and placed in protective packaging by Terrington Burchett specialists.

Alterations

1) added hook and eye attachments for the bustle, and 2 hand hooks (see diagram attached)
2) minimal sewing along the cleavage line, to allow the sleeves to be worn either up on the shoulder, as well as down like on the website
This is a size 12 dress which has not been shortened; all measurements (bust, waist, hips, height) are same as original model
I am 5"10, and wore it with 2.5 inch heels
