Joelle, Wtoo by Watters. This dress made me feel like a etherial goddess. From the plunging neck and backlines to the floral lace, it was sexy yet elegant. I wore for 4 hours at our elopement last September 2022 and then got it dry cleaned and it has been in hanging in excellent condition ever since. I am 5'6 and wore this dress with 2 and 1/4 heels and it fit perfectly.
