I included some wedding photos to show the dress on earlier this month (October '23). It is beautiful, so buttery soft, and lightweight. I wanted a dress that was simple, elegant and timeless and this really fit all the checks for me! The lady who altered it said she doesn't often see Silk being used anymore and the quality was top notch and very easy to work with. It was very comfortable on. She included underneath both back straps a small hook and eye with an optional strap across that is fully detachable- I attached it after the photos and wedding itself as it helped the straps stay up on my arms while moving around without needing to worry about them. They can also be altered tighter to your fit! The dress has 3 layers in total, all are lightweight and soft. Shapewear was needed so that everything remained smooth. In the photos with me wearing it, the bottom part of the shear flower top is white underneath because of the shapewear I had on, but in the photos of the dress only you can see that it is all shear- so personal preference and if you'd wear nude shapewear or none at all, it would be shear for you.

There are no marks or discoloration on this dress.

I'm typically a size 8-10, depending on brand. I weigh approx. 160lbs for reference.

Someone also getting use out of it just makes sense to me, and I bought it new as I couldn't find my needed size for this dress on here myself when I was looking.

Dress was altered very minimally (and is shown in the photos altered) straps were raised to fit shoulders- they hung too low and the front bodice was shortened about an inch as well to not hang so low
