The Dress

This gorgeous dress was purchased at a sample sale from Becker’s Bridal in Fowler, MI. It is an ivory a-line silhouette with a “misty mauve” underskirt with and embroidered ivory flowers on a customized sparkle tulle skirt. The bodice is partially sheer with embroidered flowers covering the majority of it, and has corset boning inside which helps keep it secure. The dress itself is surprisingly lightweight and comfortable to move in. It came missing one button on the back and having a small tear in a part of the lace at the top of the skirt, but those can be fixed and replaced by a seamstress. It has never been altered, as it has only been worn to try on at the bridal shop.
The original price is $1650, but was heavily marked down for the sale and I spent $1200 on it after tip.

I absolutely adore this dress, especially how comfortable and whimsical it is, but I found a different dress that suits my wedding style more, so I’d love to pass this stunner on to another beautiful bride!

For reference, I am 5’6” and 145 pounds. My bust size is 34B/C, and I typically wear size 6/7 pants (size medium).
