About the Dress

I loved wearing this dress on my wedding day. I felt so comfortable and beautiful.

The dress has been professionally dry cleaned and looks brand new.

The Cassie has Art Deco inspired lines, a high neckline and long sleeves with a dramatic diamond shape cut-out back. Very elegant and modern with a vintage twist. The dress is finished with a fine beaded belt.

The gown looks like a structured, tailored wedding dress but by beading the sequins onto a bias cut skirt the dress has flexibility in the fit and will accommodate many different body shapes. Because of the flexibility of the fit, this should reduce the amount of alteration work required to tailor the dress to your liking. The weight of the sequins allows the dress to skim the body in a figure flattering way.

Alterations

Hemmed to my height of 5ft 10 plus 8cm heels. other alterations include the tie at the neck being changed to a button, c cups added and the ability the bustle the train of the gown.
