The Dress

Sultry fit and flare has swirling medallion style frosted Alençon lace with a plunging sweetheart neckline and dreamy detachable off-the-shoulder sleeves. Frosted, Alencon Lace Appliqués on a tulle mermaid with long, sheer train and wide scalloped hemline.

Absolutely beautiful dress, I felt so pretty in it and so glamorous. Sad to be parting it with but obviously have no need for it anymore! Detachable sleeves so you get two looks out of this dress. Bought in-store for £1395, comes with dress bag. Zip to the back with beautiful buttons all along it. In the video I had to use the sleeves to hang the dress, but obviously these usually hang loose. My tailor sewed in 2 loops so it could be hung on the dress (can be seen in the video).

N.B. it states size 10 but I lost a bit of weight so had it taken in to fit me, I'd say it's now closer to a size 8/10. Please refer to my measurements on the listing. Happy to take more detailed ones of the dress on request.

Has been dry-cleaned (that's what the green tag is), in very good condition. I can't see any obvious flaws/discolouration. Please see video! Few alterations hence the low price - please see below.

Alterations

Few alterations, all professionally done:

- Cups have been sewn in to provide a bit of extra support (I'm a size B and I didn't fill it properly but with these the girls were POPPING)
- I've had it hemmed to my height (I'm 5"2 and wore heels so probably hemmed to around 5"5/6
- I've had the train shortened by a foot or so as it was too long for me. There's still plenty of length though, please see pic where you can see the train.
- Bustle has been added so you can dance the night away
