The Dress
From Rue De Seine's Nomadic Love collection (now discontinued), this dress is perfect for the modern, boho bride.
The long sleeved top is sheer lace with applique detailing and has a visible structured bodice underneath. The back is slightly open, exposing the bodice. The skirt is sueded silk (matte finish) in ivory with a slight train. There is also a loop under the skirt to hold/put on your wrist to make dancing easier.
I am 5' 5" and wore heels on my wedding day. My measurements were - bust: 85cm, waist: 68cm, hips: 95cm. No alterations were made to the bodice, but the skirt was taken up by an inch. It is still very long, so could easily be made shorter. The dress has been worn once in November 2016 and has been professionally dry cleaned and kept in a garment box in a non-smoking household. There is some slight yellowing of the fabric but the colour is generally a creamy/ivory anyway. I am told this can be fixed by a dry cleaner. Please contact me for any further photographs or info!
