There has been some altering and some seams do show some gentle wear and pull. It has been professionally cleaned and has lots of life left. Please look at the measurementsI list carefully and look up the dress on Kamperett's website. No stretch with this dress.
Slip has had NO alterations. Beautiful, timeless, classic, and unique dress.

Length: 44.5, Waist: 15, Ptp: 17, Hip: 17 - NO stretch and layers of silk cut at different lengths.

I bought it as a Laurence Maxi and had it professional hemmed to the Laurence Midi. I can include the silk the seamstress kept. My seamstress said this dress is one of the best made dresses she has ever worked with:)
