The Dress

This is a beautiful wedding dress that has a very special story behind it for me. My name is Emma, and I did not know that the dress was called Emma by the designer until after I had already fallen in love with it online and even more so after trying it on in person. I believe it is the perfect dress for any wedding venue. I wore it in Ireland where yes, it was rainy and got a little, uh um dirty at the bottom ;) but has since been dry cleaned. I then was blessed to get to wear it two more times at my two separate wedding receptions. One reception was outside and the other was inside; both locations the dress was comfortable to walk around in, dance in, sit down in, and not too heavy of a train to either carry or bustle in the back (there are buttons underneath the first layer of the dress to bustle the train, so it does not drag once you are ready for your reception. I will also include instructions on how to do that). It is not white but more of an ivory gold in color, aka, absolutely gorgeous! The tag says it is "light gold." I would love for this dress to continue to bring another bride as much love and joy wearing it as it has for me. I even have a custom veil to add that includes material from the wedding dress that was sewn onto the veil - stunning! Definitely one of a kind! I have had it professionally cleaned after each use/wear and have kept it in a zip up bag to keep it safe. If you would like additional pictures, please let me know. There is some staining at the very bottom of both layers of the dress (some pictures attached of the staining; let me know if you would like to see more though.) from the rain, but it is mostly in the inside of the dress, so not noticeable on the outside. I also am including the custom made shoes (size 9) that also include material and beading from the dress so are beautiful and match the gown. They do need to be cleaned though. Alterations

Unfortunately, I did gain some weight from my first fitting to the wedding date, so the dress did have some alterations made to it. I believe there were 2 or 3 alterations made and they were all to bring the dress out a little more, but it has the corset tie-up back so can be tightened if need be. Also, it can be altered back in if need be, as well.
