The Dress
The dress is made of stretch mikado and is decorated with draping on the corset and under the waistline. The strapless corset has a fantastic V-neckline. The sheath skirt is of straight silhouette but the overskirt resembles a ball gown style. The detachable skirt is fixed on the waist and has asymmetric cut.
I was in between the AUS 8 and the AUS 10 so I bought the dress custom to my measurements to lessen the cost in alterations. I had minimal alterations except for the length so please refer to the measurement sizing.
Having a detachable skirt was the best decision i made for my wedding day. I loved having the dramas, but it was even better to be able to remove my skirt when i wanted to. I didn’t have to worry about a bustle so i didn’t have to wait to go to the bathroom with anyone in particular and that is very underrated.
