The dress is absolutely gorgeous! I felt like a princess in it! I wear size 18 normally I purchased the dress from a boutique that specializes in designer gowns it was a size 26 originally and was altered down to fit me perfectly! It has cups sewn in for breast. If you normally wear size 18 you should be fine hips don’t really matter with the ballroom design. I am 5’10” and wore with flat Keds underneath.
