The Dress

This beautiful modern classic wedding dress by Freda Bennet (2023) is the perfect combination of simplicity and elegance. With a beautifully structured bodice, delicate spaghetti straps, and a full-circle skirt, I absolutely adored wearing this dress on my wedding day. It felt really special and unique.

The dress has just come back from dry cleaning and is in fantastic condition. The only visible flaws I can see are slight marks on the button edges and some snagging/ marks to the lining underneath.

Alterations

I spent some extra with a great seamstress to make some upgrades to the dress. The bodice was taken in a little (I didn't need a bra because of really supportive boning in the bodice). The straps were raised slightly. The standard zip was replaced with covered buttons at the back as I felt that this looked better aesthetically. The hemline so it just hovers at the front and then graduates into the train at the back.
