The Dress
A sleek, modern bustier gown, made in the softest and most luxurious silk. The Monstera by Alena Leena from ‘The New Femininity’ Collection is perfect for the modern bride, featuring a statement cut-out in the sweetheart neckline and delicate vertical stitching on the structured cups emulating shells.
The dress comes with silk straps (thicker than first 2 images shown) that are detachable and small hooks under the arm to customise with detachable sleeves of your choice (sleeves not included). The dress has a loop at the end of the train so you can manoeuvre easily and avoid dragging the train on the floor.
The dress has only been worn once only worn up until the meal (I changed outfits for first dance). It has been dry-cleaned professionally with little marks or wear and tear. The bottom of underskirt has slight bobbling of material where it has touched the ground but cannot be seen as part of the underskirt layer.
Alterations
The length of the dress has been shortened (I am 167cm high and my shoes were 8cm/ 3” high) and taken in on the bust sides (I am a B/C cup) so is closer to a size 8.
