The Dress

Gorgeous, super comfortable lace wedding gown, ivory with nude layers underneath. It has silver threads and shiny ivory threads woven into the pattern. Street size 6 and the material is stretchy and so easy to wear. I was comfortable in it the whole day. Easy to get on and off. I actually put it on all by myself, since the bridesmaids were running behind on their own prep! I took it off by myself, too, so you know the zipper is intact. ;) There were SO many compliments the whole day long and for months after the wedding on how elegant the dress was... It's in beautiful condition, despite being the sample dress at the shop. There is the occasional thread loose here and there, nothing out of the ordinary. It's definitely more on the comfortable, easygoing, confidently fashionable side than the stiff, stuffy, formal side. It has been dry cleaned. It has no business living in the closet... I just LOVED it, and it deserves another bride to love it again!

Alterations

It has been slightly altered to fit my pear shape, and we added a belt, but the belt is stitched on loosely, with the intention of making it easy to remove. We did shorten it; I am 5’4 and wore 3” heels. A bustle was added.
