The Dress
This gorgeous glitter jumpsuit was worn just once and really catches the eye. There is a pearl belt and pearl buttons on the sleeves. It was taken in from a size 10 to about a size 8, was hemmed, and there was a pearl strap added to the back to help it stay on my narrow shoulders (but this can easily be removed). When I wore this, I was about 135lbs, 5'5" (but wearing heels), 34B/36C bra size, and generally a size 6 or 8 in dresses depending on the style. My largest measurement is my hips, but this jumpsuit is super flattering on many body types.

Alterations
The dress has been taken in, hemmed, and a pearl strap was added to the back (easily removable) to help it stay on the shoulders.
