The Dress

Santolina is part of Alena Leena’s 2022 Stillness collection and is just gorgeous. This beautiful piece is the whimsical, floaty, romantic dress of my dreams.

I loved the way the many layers of tulle flounced around me as I moved while feeling light and easy to wear. This dress was so comfortable and fantastic to dance in, and had such a magnificent side profile and silhouette to see while I was up at the altar.

If I could redo my wedding, I would still choose this dress. I just loved how it made me feel on my day, and I’m so excited for the next person who will surely feel the same.

The dress has been dry cleaned by a wedding dress specialist and is looking as perfect as it was when it was brand new. Comes with the original garment bag.

Alterations

I have had some minor alterations done on the dress including adding a three piece bustle to the back (the amount of tulle called for three anchor points), medium sized breast cups sewn in (easily removable), and the hem adjusted to my height. The hem is longer at the back for a beautiful train effect although I will note for any potential buyers that with this long train came a few people stepping on it on the dance floor. I have two small tears in the bottom layers of the tulle at the back from people stepping on the train which are small and unnoticeable, but still something to consider.
The longer train will be easy to alter if preferred.
