The Dress

Maggie Sottero "Sedona" dress in ivory over misty mauve. Size 14 with very minimal alterations (see below) - it should still fit true to size. The top layer is ivory and the underneath layer is essentially a slightly darker shade of ivory so the pattern on the lace stands out.

The dress has an absolutely stunning lace pattern with a beaded lace to give it a subtle sparkle. The train alone is a show stopper. The dress photographs beautifully and is quite comfortable as well! It has a 3 point bustle (that was very easy to work with) for gathering up the train during the reception. I felt amazing in this dress on my wedding day and I hope someone else will feel that way as well!

The dress was dry cleaned after the wedding and is in great condition. The only minor wear/tear is that the little snap/clasp at the top of the zipper broke off, so you could either add one back on or just throw a stitch in the dress on the day of (which is ultimately what I did).

Alterations

Essentially no alternations to the size of the dress - should fit true to size/measurements. It was hemmed (I am 5' 5" and wore flat sandals). The straps were added and could be easily removed to make it strapless. There is also a small piece of matching fabric that was added to the bust to cover up the natural gap in the dress - this could also be easily removed to make it look like it does off the shelf.
