The Dress
Dress includes bespoke tulle shoulder pieces (as photographed). Created by a professional seamstress.
The tulle pieces are completely detachable (as you can see on photos). They are attached with hook and eyes. Extra lace is used to hide where it is connected to the shoulder straps. Extra lace is used to make the tulle pieces look like part of the lace straps. They are attached with small, clear poppers which are also hidden.
When wearing the tulle pieces you can not see where they connect - looks like they are part of the dress. Also when removed no attachments can be seen and it returns to the original Harper dress.
The only alterations that were made to my dress is the length was made shorter (I am 5”6 and wore bridal trainers) and the shoulder straps were shortened very slightly. Otherwise, the dress is still an exact US 12. I wear UK 12. dress is UK 14 as most wedding dresses are on the small side of sizing.
