The Dress

Absolutely stunning fit and flare ivory dress by Jessica Coutures - Atelier Wu. Jae is perfect for an outdoor/indoor wedding in which you want to make a statement. It has beading in the shape of leaves all over the dress that sparkle under any light. The shape of the dress is a classic trumpet. It hugs around the top, chest, and waist and flares just above the knees to create this jaw-dropping gorgeous silhouette. The front is a v-neck that has the leaf pattern teased through, with built in bra cups. The back of the dress is a very low cut back (almost backless).

It hugs in all the right places and the leaf pattern throughout the dress accentuates the curves. The thing that really makes this dress stand out is the train. The leaves pattern continues all over the dress across through to the train so it is eye-catching all over. The train is quite long so definitely has that wow-factor but nothing unmanageable at all. Plus there is also a bustle added so it can be bustled up after the ceremony and you don't have to worry about it ruining the look as the leaves pattern on the train is still very visible while bustled. Very easy to move in and dance in and was the perfect dress for my wedding.

Only worn once for my wedding and has been dry cleaned since wear. I absolutely loved this dress and received so many compliments about how unique it looked and how stunning it was so I hope it brings the next owner the same joy and happiness on their special day.

Alterations

Minor alterations made on the dress. Bustle (2 layers) have been added so the dress can be worn with ease during the reception. I am 5 feet 5 inches (165cm) and was wearing 3 inch heels so a total height of 5 feet 8 inches (172 cm). The dress was shortened slightly to be floor length at that height. No other alterations made, the dress came as a size 8 and is still true-to-size.
