The Dress

The dress was so so comfortable to wear, although I had the waist brought in it wasn't tightly fitted and I did wear it all day plus the following day for a celebration we had with extra guests. I loved the detail on the bodice as well as the beautiful embroidery around the bottom. I felt very elegant and sophisticated all day long.
Had so many lovely comments about the dress throughout the 2 days, many from complete strangers from the restaurant and where we were staying over the days.
If I could wear it again I really would!
I had the dress dry cleaned afterwards and honestly think it came back even better than when I wore it... it looks amazing.

Alterations

I had the waist brought in. I was between a size 10 and 12 for the fitting(im quite curvy through my hips) it was discontinued so had to go with the one in the shop. The seamstress done an excellent job as it could of come in more at the waist but wanted it comfortable to sit and breathe in!
Length shortened
Pads into bust (just to fill it out), these can be removed if you are fuller breasted. I'm a small B cup.
3 hooks so train can be lifted up, I didn't use them in the end but that was by choice as I loved the train.
