This is a sparkly sequined halter style Wtoo dress by Watters Designs. The almost white ivory gown has all over sparkle that glistens beautifully in the sunlight and under the lights. With a sweeping train, the halter style top has a deep v neck and open back. The only alteration made was a hem and the bustle. I am 5’6 and wore a small heel. The dress will make you feel like a princess
